On the palate it is complex and vibrant, with fine mousse and lively acidity, echoing the aromas of apple and caramel enriched by elegant maturity notes. The finish is long, precise, mineral, with hint of sea salt.

Champagne ERIC TAILLET
Champagne Éric Taillet is a family-run champane house located in the village of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The Taillet winemaking tradition dates back to 1900, with official Champagne production beginning in 1961. Today, the estate is led by the fourth generation, Éric Taillet, who works alongside his children, Dylan and Léna, continuing the family legacy. The vineyards cover around 6 hectares divided into 37 plots, with Pinot Meunier dominating 80% of the plantings—a grape Éric calls “the most beautiful in Champagne.”
