Committed to crafting high-quality champagne and expanding their vineyard holdings, the Mansard House decided to enlarge its cellars to increase sales by acquiring premises in the heart of Épernay.
The grapes, exclusively hand-harvested, are carefully and promptly pressed upon arrival at the pressing center. A pre-selection of the grapes is conducted a few days before harvest, ensuring that only the finest are retained and vinified for these exceptional cuvées.
To fully express their character, aromas, and uniqueness, the three traditional Champagne grape varieties are aged separately in oak barrels.
