1. General Provisions
1.1 These rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") establish the general terms and conditions for the use of the 1000bubbles online store (hereinafter referred to as "1000bubbles.com" or "online store"), located at www.1000bubbles.com, and define the procedures for the purchase and sale of goods. The Rules apply when the Buyer selects, orders, and purchases goods offered in the 1000bubbles.com online store or otherwise uses the services of 1000bubbles.com.
1.2 Definitions:
Rules – a legally binding document that sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing goods and payment, the procedures for delivery and return, the parties’ responsibilities, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods via 1000bubbles.com.
1000bubbles.com – an online store where the Buyer places orders with the Seller, owned by UAB 1000bubbles.
Seller – the operator of this website, UAB 1000bubbles, registered at K. Baršausko g. 47-13, LT-51420, Kaunas, Lithuania, in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 307004214, VAT code LT100017252617. Licensed for retail sale of alcoholic beverages under license No. (17.1.)-L1-3728.
Buyer – any person using 1000bubbles.com. Only natural persons who are at least 20 years old and whose legal capacity is not restricted by a court may access, register on, and purchase from 1000bubbles.com. To comply with legal requirements and prevent the purchase of alcoholic beverages by underage persons, the Seller allows access to and registration on 1000bubbles.com only to persons of the legally required age. Age verification is carried out on the website via a pop-up confirmation and again at the time of delivery by the courier.
Order – the list of goods the Buyer intends to purchase.
Parties – the Buyer and the Seller collectively.
1.3 Before using 1000bubbles.com, each user must read these Rules and the Privacy Policy. By using the website, the user is deemed to have read and unconditionally agreed to the Rules and the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree to the Rules or the Privacy Policy or any part thereof, they may not purchase goods.
1.4 The Seller has the right to modify, supplement, or entirely revise these Rules at any time, or to revoke them. Notice of any changes will be published on 1000bubbles.com. Amendments to the Rules do not apply to orders submitted before the moment of publication.
1.5 By registering and/or placing an order, the Buyer unconditionally confirms that they are eligible to make purchases on 1000bubbles.com, meaning they meet the requirements defined in the Rules and legal acts, including those related to age and legal capacity.
2. Registration, Membership, VIP Club Membership
2.1 The Buyer may use 1000bubbles.com as a registered or unregistered user:
a. When registering on 1000bubbles.com, the Buyer must fill in the registration form, providing the following information: email address, delivery method, payment method, name, surname, delivery address for the goods, city, postal code, and phone number if delivery is selected.
b. If the Buyer chooses to make purchases without registration, when placing the order they must provide the following details: email address, delivery method, payment method, name, surname, delivery address for the goods, city, postal code, and phone number if delivery is selected.
2.2 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the 1000bubbles.com registration form is accurate, correct, and complete. If any information provided in the Buyer’s account changes, the Buyer must promptly update it. The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
2.3 The Buyer may change, supplement, or delete registration data at any time. The Buyer cannot change the email address provided during registration. To change the email address, the existing registration must be canceled by contacting info@1000bubbles.com and registering again with the new email address.
2.4 To ensure the security of the Buyer's identity and personal data, registration in the online store is only allowed with a one-time verification code. During registration, the Buyer must provide their email address, to which a one-time verification code will be sent. The code must be entered into the registration form within a specified time to successfully complete registration. If the one-time code is not confirmed, the account is not activated and the Buyer cannot use 1000bubbles.com services. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information and for keeping the one-time code confidential. The Seller is not liable for the consequences of disclosed or incorrectly entered codes.
2.5 To delete their account, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email at info@1000bubbles.com.
2.6 The Seller reserves the right to offer Buyers the opportunity to join the VIP club at its sole discretion. Information about VIP membership opportunities will be provided on the online store or via other communication channels. VIP membership becomes available only after the Seller officially announces it.
2.7 To become a VIP club member, the Buyer must click on a link provided by the Seller and (if applicable) complete additional steps as specified by the Seller. VIP membership may provide additional benefits defined separately. The Seller reserves the right to modify VIP membership terms, benefits, or suspend the program with prior notice to members.
2.8 Taking into account the nature, extent, and duration of the Buyer's violations of the Rules—including whether the violations were intentional or repeated—the Seller has the right to restrict the Buyer's access to 1000bubbles.com services or to delete the Buyer's account without prior notice if the Buyer significantly violates the Rules or if their actions threaten the stability and/or security of 1000bubbles.com or the Seller's operations.
3. Orders
3.1 The Buyer may place orders using the following methods:
- by placing an order through the 1000bubbles.com online store;
- by email: info@1000bubbles.com;
- by phone: +37069955078.
3.2 When placing orders outside of the online store, the Seller may request confirmation from the Buyer that they are a natural person at least 20 years of age and not legally incapacitated by a court.
3.3 The Buyer must pay the full amount for the goods using one of the payment methods listed on 1000bubbles.com: through electronic banking (banklink), by debit or credit card, or via the Google Pay mobile payment system.
3.4 The order is processed only after the Seller receives confirmation of payment via one of the listed methods.
3.5 The distance sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms an order in the online store—regardless of whether they act as a registered or unregistered user—selects delivery and payment methods, submits the necessary data, and the Seller confirms receipt of the order. The contract remains valid until it is fully executed or terminated in accordance with the Rules or applicable law.
3.6 The Seller has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the ordered goods are not available in the Seller's warehouse, or if the contract was concluded with a person not entitled to enter into such agreements under the Rules.
3.7 Product prices listed on 1000bubbles.com and in the formed order are shown in euros, including VAT. Goods are sold to the Buyer at the prices valid at the time the order is placed.
3.8 Legal entities may order and purchase alcoholic beverages only for representative purposes or other legally permitted uses. By ordering alcoholic beverages on 1000bubbles.com, the Buyer (legal entity) confirms that the beverages are acquired for legitimate purposes, and no restrictions under the Lithuanian Alcohol Control Law prevent the Buyer from purchasing them.
3.9 The VAT invoice is issued by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via the email address provided in the registration form on the same day the goods are ordered. For registered users, the VAT invoice is also available in their account under “Orders”.
4. Delivery
4.1 Products from 1000bubbles.com are delivered throughout Lithuania. Delivery is carried out by the Seller or an authorized representative.
4.2 After the order is confirmed, the goods will be delivered within 2–3 business days. During holiday periods, delivery may take longer.
4.3 The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the 1000bubbles.com system. The Buyer agrees to accept the goods personally or ensure that a person who meets all legal requirements (age, sobriety, legal capacity) is present at the delivery address to receive the goods.
4.4 A delivery fee applies, as specified at the time of placing the order on 1000bubbles.com. The fee may be fixed or depend on the value, weight, and/or delivery time of the ordered goods. Under the current edition of the Rules, the delivery fee is fixed. The exact fee applicable to a specific order is shown during the ordering process on 1000bubbles.com.
4.5 The Seller will make every effort to fulfill the Buyer’s order in full but does not guarantee this. If the ordered item is out of stock or insufficient in quantity, the Seller reserves the right to not deliver the item or to deliver a smaller quantity. However, the Seller will make every effort to maintain adequate stock, and only in exceptional cases will the ordered goods be unavailable or partially delivered. If the Buyer receives fewer goods than ordered or does not receive some items, they have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with these Rules, and the Seller will cover the cost of returning the undelivered goods.
4.6 If the Buyer paid in advance for goods that are not delivered, the amount paid for those goods will be refunded to the Buyer's account within 5 (five) business days from the notice of missing goods.
4.7 Goods are handed over to the Buyer personally or to another person at the delivery address who is legally entitled to accept the goods and presents an identification document to the courier. If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances attributable to the Buyer, the goods will not be resent (unless the Buyer pays an additional fee for redelivery). In such cases, any prepaid amounts will be refunded minus the delivery fee.
4.8 The Seller delivers goods only during permitted hours—no earlier than 10:00 and no later than 20:00, and on Sundays no earlier than 10:00 and no later than 15:00, except on September 1st, when the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller commits to promptly contact the Buyer and coordinate delivery.
4.9 Upon delivery, if requested by the Buyer, the courier must provide the opportunity to inspect the package and verify the completeness of the delivery (assortment). If the Buyer fails to check the condition and contents of the package and does not document any issues as described, the shipment is considered to be delivered properly and without defects.
4.10 If the Buyer notices missing or incorrect goods during delivery, they must immediately inform the Seller via email at info@1000bubbles.com or phone +37069955078. To confirm discrepancies, the Buyer must take photographs of the package and the delivered items and send them to the Seller by email.
5. Product Quality Guarantee
5.1 The characteristics of all products sold on 1000bubbles.com are generally indicated in the product descriptions accompanying each item.
5.2 The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods shown on 1000bubbles.com do not match the actual size, shape, or color of the goods due to the Buyer's display settings.
5.3 In cases where legal acts stipulate a specific expiration or best-before date for certain goods, the Seller undertakes to sell such goods in a way that provides the Buyer with a realistic opportunity to use them before their expiration date.
6. Contract Withdrawal, Product Exchange and Return
6.1 The Buyer has the right, without giving a reason, to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract concluded with 1000bubbles.com by submitting a free-form notice to the Seller no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. The Buyer must contact the Seller at info@1000bubbles.com. Upon receiving the Buyer's withdrawal request, the Seller will confirm receipt without delay.
6.2 The right specified in point 6.1 can only be exercised by a Buyer who qualifies as a consumer under the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, i.e., a natural person who is acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
6.3 Returned goods can be delivered directly to the Seller’s physical store at Klaipėdos pl. 49, Palanga, or sent using the courier service chosen by the Seller. Goods must be returned or exchanged only after coordinating the time and address of the pickup with the Seller. All return-related expenses are covered by the Seller.
6.4 Returned or exchanged quality goods must be undamaged, have retained their commercial appearance (labels, banderoles, protective films must not be removed or damaged), retain all consumer properties, and must not have been used. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same configuration as it was received, along with the purchase document and other related accessories. If the product is incomplete, damaged, untidy, or improperly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept it,...
6.5 For goods that have been accepted by the Buyer but later returned, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer's bank account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the Seller receives the withdrawal notice, unless agreed otherwise. The funds will not be refunded until the goods are returned.
6.6 Defective goods are repaired, replaced, or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government Resolution No. 738 of July 22, 2014 (Retail Trade Rules), and these Rules.
6.7 In order to return defective goods, the Buyer must provide photographs of the goods.
7. Final Provisions
7.1 The Seller sends all notifications and otherwise communicates with the Buyer using the email address or phone number provided by the Buyer.
7.2 The Buyer may submit all notifications and inquiries by contacting the Seller via email at info@1000bubbles.com or by phone at +37069955078.
7.3 The personal data of both registered and unregistered Buyers are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All inquiries and complaints related to the processing of personal data must be sent to info@1000bubbles.com.
7.4 The legal relationships arising from these Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.5 Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.6 Every consumer has the opportunity to resolve disputes with the Seller electronically without going to court. First, the consumer must contact the Seller in writing by email at info@1000bubbles.com. If the Seller does not respond within 14 days or if the response is unsatisfactory, the consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone: +370 5 262 6751, website: www.vvtat.lt).
