The estate spans approximately 6 hectares, divided into 37 parcels, with an average vine age of 37 years; some plantings date back to 1949. Notably, about 80% of their vineyards are dedicated to Pinot Meunier, a grape variety Éric Taillet passionately champions, referring to it as "the most beautiful grape in Champagne."
