​Champagne Éric Taillet is a family-owned Champagne house located in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, France. The Taillet family's winemaking heritage dates back to 1900, with the official establishment of their Champagne production in 1961 by Daniel Taillet. Currently, the estate is managed by the fourth-generation winemaker, Éric Taillet, who took over in 1995. He now works alongside his children, Dylan and Léna, representing the fifth generation. ​

The estate spans approximately 6 hectares, divided into 37 parcels, with an average vine age of 37 years; some plantings date back to 1949. Notably, about 80% of their vineyards are dedicated to Pinot Meunier, a grape variety Éric Taillet passionately champions, referring to it as "the most beautiful grape in Champagne." ​

Éric Taillet emphasizes environmentally respectful viticulture practices, aiming to harmonize with nature. The vineyards have been cultivated without herbicides or fertilizers for many years, focusing on maintaining living soils and promoting deep root systems to truly express the terroir.
