The philosophy of the Mansard family is to produce and prioritize quality in order to create quality Champagnes

24 hectares of vineyards are located in the village of Cerseuil, in the Marne Valley, France. The family has been cultivating vines in this region since 1901. Currently, the business is led by Gilles Mansard, who joined the family estate in 1986, and now works alongside his son, Maxime. Their Champagnes are recognized for their high quality and refined taste.

"Our grapes are exclusively hand-harvested, carefully and promptly pressed upon arrival at the pressing center. A pre-selection of the grapes is conducted a few days before harvest, ensuring that only the finest are retained and vinified for these exceptional cuvées. To fully express their character, aromas, and uniqueness, the three traditional Champagne grape varieties are aged separately in oak barrels."
